When can my child start sitting in BABYBJÖRN Babysitter Balance?
Babysitter Balance can be used by a child up to 9 kg who cannot sit upright by him/herself. The safety harness shall then always be used.
Note! Babysitter Balance can also be used as a chair for a child up to 13 kg who can walk and mount the seat by him/herself. The safety harness shall then be removed completely.

What makes BABYBJÖRN Babysitter Balance ergonomic?
BABYBJÖRN Babysitter Balance gently molds itself to the baby’s body. The child’s weight is evenly distributed over the seat, which results in good support for his/her head and back.

How should I wash the fabric seat of my babysitter?
The fabric is easy to take off and should be machine-washed separately (warm/40°C). We recommended a gentle, bleach-free detergent. Do not tumble dry.

How long can my child sit in the babysitter each time?
You can let your child sit in the BABYBJÖRN Babysitter Balance for as long as he or she is content. It’s even fine for your child to sleep in the babysitter for short periods if he/she enjoys that. However, small children should not sit or lie in the same position for extended periods. That’s why we recommend that you pay close attention to your child’s needs and switch between the babysitter and, for example, a baby carrier, baby carriage or bed.
