Sandra, pictured here, is our Head of Product Development and a parent, like most of us who work at BabyBjörn’s head office. Together we all share the same goal. We want our baby carriers and other products to consistently be the best and safest on the market.

At BabyBjörn, safety comes first and has done so since 1961. To date over thirty million babies have been carried safely and close to their parents in our baby carriers. We design, develop and improve every detail in our products in-house. Once the finished product is ready it undergoes rigorous testing – together with our own children and with our large number of test families. Finally the product is checked by independent test institutes. Your child’s safety is always our top priority, and that’s been the case since 1961 when we began working in partnership with leading paediatricians. We never introduce a new product without medical experts’ approval.
