Can I still place an order with you?
Absolutely, our online shop is open as usual, so you can order our ergonomic and safe products easily and conveniently.
Is the current situation affecting delivery times?
There may be delays of up to three days or more for some of our parcels.
Is it safe for me to collect my parcel?
The health and safety of our customers is of the utmost concern to us. We are following the advice given by the World Health Organization in relation to COVID-19. This is what it says about parcel collection:
“The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, transported, and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is also low.”
Has your return policy been affected?
We still offer a 90 days return policy. During the current situation, we are being extra understanding if you have been unable to return a product due to self-isolation, provided all the other terms of our return policy are met.
Is BABYBJÖRN still shipping international orders?
We are still shipping international orders to all destinations, with the exception of certain postcodes in northern Italy.
How will my parcel from BABYBJÖRN be delivered?
Due to the present situation, we currently only offer home delivery for all parcels.
Are there any European countries to which BABYBJÖRN is unable to deliver due to COVID-19?
Right now, we regret that we are unable to deliver any parcels to certain regions in northern Italy. These regions have the following postcodes:
