I received my BabyBjörn product as a gift – is it still covered by the BabyBjörn warranty?
Yes. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the benefit of the original purchaser or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient of the product.
Does the BabyBjörn warranty apply to all products, regardless of purchase date?
The BabyBjörn warranty applies to products in our current range. If you have a product that is no longer in production, please contact our customer service or submit a request to the BabyBjörn Help Centre.
Under the BabyBjörn warranty, will you repair or replace my product?
If we determine that the product is defective, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product at our expense. We will cover shipping fees to send the repaired or replaced product to you. The sole remedies for any product found to be defective are: repair or replacement of the product. Refunds are not available under this warranty.
